Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026. This policy explains what personal data YardFitness TW Ltd (trading as “Yard Fitness”) collects through yardfitnesstw.co.uk, why, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

The data controller is YardFitness TW Ltd, company number 16659373, registered office Little Dunks Farm Oast, Cuckoo Lane, Brenchley, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 7HX. The studio is run day-to-day by Callum Cadney-Moon. You can contact us about anything in this policy at callum@yardfitnesstw.co.uk or 07343079192.

What we collect, and why

We only collect data you give us directly, or that a service you consent to (like analytics or an embedded widget) generates while you browse. We don’t sell data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interest in running the business to respond to enquiries you send us. For analytics and embedded content cookies, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie preferences link in the site footer, and nothing loads until you say yes. For marketing emails, we rely on your explicit consent given at sign-up, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA (for example, in the US). Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as reasonably useful for ongoing client relationships and our own record-keeping, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics under its default retention settings (currently 14 months) before automatic deletion.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email callum@yardfitnesstw.co.uk. We’ll respond within one month. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).

Children

This website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 through it. Training arrangements for under-18s are agreed directly with a parent or guardian, not through this site.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the “last updated” date at the top.
