Here's what we offer

Straightforward pricing, no monthly membership tie-ins, just training built around you.

1‑1 Personal Training

You and your trainer, in a studio with nobody else booked in, working to a plan built around what you actually want.

From £60 per session, sold in blocks

Bring someone you know. The same private studio and the same coaching, with a bit of company on the days you'd rather not be there.

From £35 per person, per session

Erica has been an osteopath for over ten years, and she treats from the studio — so the person sorting the problem out already knows how you train.

£60 per session

A sauna and cold plunge of our own, due at the studio by the end of 2026. We're designing and building it ourselves, out among the trees.
