Personal Training
One booking at a time, in a studio with nobody else in it. On your own, or with up to three people you actually know.
What people come here for
Get stronger
Proper strength work with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells, loaded a bit heavier each week rather than randomly. The thing most people skip, and the thing that changes the most.
Lose weight and tone up
Training that holds onto muscle while the weight comes off, so you end up looking like you train rather than just smaller. Paired with food advice you can actually keep to.
Get fitter
Conditioning that makes stairs, hills and long days feel easier. Built up gradually from wherever your fitness is now, not from where a programme assumes it is.
Come back from an injury
Liam specialises in rehab, and Erica treats from the same studio as an osteopath. So the person coaching you and the person treating you are in the same room, working to the same plan.
Train for a sport or an event
Strength and conditioning built around what you're actually doing, whether that's a race, a match, a Hyrox or a one-off challenge you've signed up for and slightly regret.
Start again after a long gap
Nobody is watching, nobody is waiting for the equipment, and nothing is assumed about what you can do. Easily the most common reason people come here.
Whatever the group size, the studio is booked for you alone. Nobody else is training beside you, nobody is waiting for the rack, and nobody is watching.
Sessions are programmed around your goals, your schedule and wherever you're starting from, then written down, so what you do next week is decided by what you actually did this week.
1‑1 is the straightforward option: all of the attention, all of the session. Sold in blocks of 5, 10 or 20, and the bigger the block, the less each session costs.
2‑1 brings the cost down and, for a lot of people, makes them turn up more reliably, because somebody is expecting them. It's still properly coached and written for the two of you, not run as a class.
3‑1 and 4‑1 work well for friends and family who want to train together. Get in touch and we'll price it around the group and check the studio suits what you're after.
No membership, no joining fee and no contract. You buy sessions, and the first one is free so you can see the place before you commit to anything.
