Two private studios, built from shipping containers
Tucked into the Kent woodland just outside Tunbridge Wells, and booked for one client at a time.
Private here actually means private.
Plenty of places call themselves private and mean quiet. The studio is booked for one client at a time, so for the whole of your session there is genuinely nobody else on site.
One booking at a time, so it's just you and your trainer
Nobody training beside you, and nobody watching
Your music, at your volume
Slots from 6am to 8pm on weekdays, so it can fit either side of work

The Location
We're on the edge of Tunbridge Wells, in the Kent countryside, which means you train with trees outside the door rather than strip lighting overhead. It's a short drive from Groombridge, Langton Green, Rusthall, Speldhurst and Southborough. Both doors open onto the deck, so whether you train inside or out is up to you and the weather.

The Equipment
We kitted the studio out with Bulldog Gear — squat racks, Olympic bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, the lot. It costs more than the alternatives and it's worth it: everything matches, everything works, and none of it is held together with gaffer tape.

Complete Privacy
The studio takes one booking at a time — you, or the two of you, and your trainer. Nobody is waiting for the rack you're on and nobody is watching what you're lifting, because there is genuinely nobody else on site. Put your own music on. Take as long as you need between sets.
Every detail, carefully considered.

The best way to judge it is to stand in it.
Come and see the studio for yourself, meet your trainer, and talk through what you’re working toward. No pressure and no obligation.
